PBICompass currently offers a Free plan only. Pro and Business are previews marked "Coming soon" and cannot yet be purchased through the Service.
The Free plan is not billed, so no refund applies.
Because no paid subscription is currently available and PBICompass does not currently collect payment, there is no subscription charge to cancel or refund. We will publish billing, cancellation, and refund terms before accepting any payment.
If you believe you were charged in connection with PBICompass, email pbicompass@gmail.com with the relevant details so we can investigate.
We may update this Refund Policy when paid plans become available. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
